 Easter Brunch starting at 11am!

In addition to our regular Sunday Brunch Menu we will be offering some Brunch specials in honor of the Easter Holiday:

Deviled Easter Eggs
Dyed with beet juice, served over salad cress with mustard-sherry vinaigrette

Easter Bunny Crackers
Smoked rabbit loin, pickled carrots, mustard seed caviar, Fingerlakes Farms 'Bier Meck' Dutch-style gouda, Wild Hive whole wheat crackers

Bacon-n-Brussels
Pan-seared brussel sprouts, thick-cut Hemlock Hill bacon, plum and Concord grape syrup

Bleu Duck Polenta
'Hot Spring' poached duck egg, Berkshire bleu cheese, roasted oyster mushrooms,
Wild Hive mascarpone soft polenta
